In February 2024, Beth Johnson took on the role of Hospital Manager at Oswego Animal Hospital (OAH). Before joining OAH, she held several operational leadership positions, including Operations Manager for Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine Clinic and multi-site Practice Manager at Manus Health Systems.

Beth is a highly skilled Hospital Manager with a proven track record of enhancing organizational performance through effective leadership and process optimization. With extensive expertise in healthcare administration and data analysis, she focuses on creating a positive workplace culture and improving the employee and client experience.

Outside of work, Beth and her husband are proud parents to their daughter, Lillian, and Carl, their 12-year-old rescued cat. In her downtime, she enjoys traveling, cooking, and gardening.
