Mary Fallbacher

Mary has been working in the veterinary industry since 2018 and joined the team at Oswego Animal Hospital in 2025. As the CSR Manager, she enjoys supporting the client service team and helping create a welcoming, positive experience for both clients and their pets.

Mary holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, as well as a certificate in Phlebotomy. Her background in healthcare has given her a strong passion for patient care, teamwork, and providing compassionate service.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys playing sand volleyball, going for walks with Kaytlyn and Abby, and skipping around with Amani. She loves spending time with the people she cares about and staying active whenever she can!
